Iris

From a contact list to a ready email campaign, without a spreadsheet in between.

Point Iris at a PDF, Excel, CSV, Word or text file: it extracts every company/email-address pair, fills in a template with the company name in the right place, and delivers the whole batch over a single SMTP connection.

If you'd rather not send right away, Iris can write each message to disk instead — as an .msg file for Outlook on Windows, or a standard .eml everywhere else — ready for a manual review before it goes out.
