Innovation & strategy
Reading change before it becomes urgent, and translating it into a roadmap someone can actually execute.
I work where technology, innovation and people meet: turning complex problems into digital products, automated processes and stories that actually get understood. Curious by default, builder by instinct.
I'm Marco Lombardo. My work lives at the intersection of technology, innovation and business: understanding how an organisation really works, spotting where friction hides, and designing the digital answer to it — from the first sketch to something people use every day.
I've always been the person who opens the box to see how it works. That curiosity turned into a career built on digital products, process automation and emerging technologies, and into a habit I never lost: prototyping ideas myself instead of only talking about them.
Outside of work the same instinct keeps going — experimenting with AI, writing code for the pleasure of it, creating content, and sharing the useful parts with anyone who might need them.
Different fields, one common thread: taking something complicated and making it feel obvious.
Reading change before it becomes urgent, and translating it into a roadmap someone can actually execute.
Generative models, agents and workflows that remove the boring part of a job and give the time back to people.
From discovery to release: interfaces, services and platforms designed around the person using them.
Side projects, scripts and prototypes. The fastest way to understand an idea is still to build a rough version of it.
Social content, visual identity and the craft of making a message land — because a good idea badly told stays invisible.
Publishing what I learn, mentoring people who are starting out, and staying in the conversation with a community I owe a lot to.
Technology is the answer, never the question. If the problem isn't clear, no stack will save the project.
A working prototype beats a perfect presentation. Reality gives better feedback than any meeting.
How something looks and how it works are the same conversation. Clarity is a feature.
Knowledge kept private stops growing. Everything I've built started from something someone else shared first.
The professional side and the visual one — pick the version of me you're looking for.
